Khoo Khe Sin received her B.Mus. degree from UCSI University with a certification from the University of Newcastle (Australia), as well as her M.M. and D.M.A. degrees from West Virginia University (USA).

A multi-award recipient, Khe Sin had served as graduate assistant to the WVU Opera and Theater department, as well as studio accompanist and piano instructor at WVU. She had enjoyed a career as a collaborative pianist, working closely with students and faculty members of various instruments, frequently performing in recitals and concerts. Her achievements include winning the 2006 WVU Young Artist Competition, as well as serving as staff accompanist at the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) Tri-States Regional Competition (2012 and 2013), and at the International Flute Symposium at WVU (2012).

Despite being a pianist specializing in Western European art music, Khe Sin also embraces musical theater, jazz, popular music, film music, as well as Asian musical culture. She is actively involved in music productions and performances as collaborative pianist, keyboardist, music arranger, and music director. Khe Sin is currently an adjunct lecturer at UCSI University Institute of Music.
