• Educate, motivate and nurturing  the existing students and identifying new opportunities for career . 
• Identifying strength / weaknesses and improving the standard of education. 
• Supporting the teaching professionals and students  in achieving international recognition by participating   international and domestic performing arts programs.  

b) Music Arranging and Composition 

• Promote musical scoring: duet, trio, quartet, pop and big band  and Symphony
• Focus on Artistic Development and Creative Imagination: Orchestra and Artist

c) Construction of Syllabus for Jurulatih Seni Budaya Negara(JSBN)

• Level 1-4 for music

d)  Badan Peneraju Industri(ILB) Seni Budaya , JKKN

• Develop and construct Proficiency Skill Level 1-10
